Cole is obsessed....

Cole just came running into the living room shouting. We had the following conversation...

C: Mommy I hear it! I hear it!
M: What is it? What do you hear?
C: (jumping up and down) the trash truck! the trash truck! i want to see the trash truck!
M: (trying to pull myself away from my morning blog reading) okay let's go!
C: yeah! yeah! yeah!




(yes, that's right he's buzz lightyear/dash!)


Recently they've changed our trash schedule and now come on Mondays. The 2 benefits I've gotten out of that are 1. Eric is usually home on Sunday nights so he gets trash duty:) 2. Getting to see Cole's excitement over seeing the trucks since they seem to come a little later in the morning. Oh, so I guess there are 3 because they no longer wake me up:)
